
December 29, Georgia, USA: The 39th US President Jimmy Carter passed away at 100. President Carter served from 1977 to 1981 as a member of the Democratic party. Mr. Carter also won a Nobel Prize in 2002.
President Carter has been in hospital care since February 202, back in his home in Plains, Georgia, the same town where he was born and once owned a peanut farm before he became the governor of the Peach State.
