Unlike Le Pen, who has distanced herself from Trump and Musk due to their controversial status in Europe, Knafo has fully embraced them. She believes that the path to success lies in adopting their views on immigration and national sovereignty. Knafo’s party, Reconquest, has proposed policies such as the mass deportation of migrants to preserve French identity an approach that mirrors Trump’s own stance on immigration.
Knafo’s party has also pushed for a complete ban on the name “Mohammad” and strict laws to curb the spread of Islam in France, positioning itself as one of the most hardline factions in French politics today. While Le Pen’s National Rally has worked on “de-demonizing” its image in recent years, Knafo’s party openly embraces a more combative approach, echoing Trump’s disregard for political correctness.
Knafo’s political network is not limited to France. She has built connections with prominent figures in the U.S., including Trump himself. In a widely reported phone call, Trump advised Zemmour to stay true to his radical views, despite media backlash. Knafo’s political vision, which blends elements of Trump’s populism with Musk’s embrace of technology, is positioning her as a leader to watch in France’s future elections.
While Le Pen is considered the frontrunner in the 2027 French presidential race, Knafo’s ascent signals a shift in the far-right landscape. Her unapologetic, tech-focused, and nationalistic approach could redefine France’s political future, setting her apart from her more cautious rivals. With backing from both Trump and Musk, Knafo’s influence is only expected to grow in the coming years.
