January 6, Los Angeles: Noushin Faraji working as a hairstylist for Fox Sports alleges in a lawsuit that former Fox Sports host Skip Bayless made repeated, unwanted advances toward her-including an offer of $1.5 million to engage in intercourse with him. The lawsuit which was filed on January 6, 2025, in Los Angeles Superior Court, includes 14 counts such as sexual battery and retaliation.
Noushin Faraji, who used to work at Fox Sports from 2012 to 2024, claims that Bayless began making unwanted advances toward her in 2017. These advances allegedly included lingering hugs, pressing against her, and kissing her cheeks. In 2021, Bayless purportedly offered Faraji $1.5 million for sexual favors, which she declined by her. Following her refusal, Bayless allegedly threatened her job security. The harassment reportedly continued until her termination in 2024, which Faraji asserts was based on counterfeit reasons.
“Ms. Faraji knew that he was trying to pressure her into having sex with him, but she kept repeating that she was a professional who had to be kind to all talent,” the lawsuit says. The lawsuit names Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon and host Joy Taylor as defendants. Faraji alleges that Dixon allegedly touched her inappropriately at a social event and that Taylor dismissed her concerns when informed.
The Associated Press does not generally identify, text or images, those who say they have been sexually assaulted or subjected to abuse unless they have publicly identified themselves as Faraji has in filing the lawsuit. Moreover, Faraji claims Taylor insulted her personally and professionally, contributing to a hostile work environment. The company acknowledged the seriousness of the allegations but has refrained from commenting further due to the pending litigation. Representatives for Bayless and Taylor did not publicly respond to the lawsuit.
Faraji is aiming to represent other Fox employees who may have experienced similar instances. The lawsuit underscores the broader issue of workplace harassment and the representatives.
